This is a rain or shine event. All Donations are non-refundable, but still tax-deductible. By accepting this form, all participants in this event release the city of Lawrence, Ballard Center and all other sponsors or event workers of any liability, and from any and all known and unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgements, and or claims from cause whatsoever that may be suffered by any entrant or to his or her personal property. Kindly observe all safe traffic laws and city ordinances. Burnouts in the park, excessive speed, or careless driving will not be tolerated and entrant may be asked to leave the show.
